When you are looking to sell your timeshare you should be aware of a few things before you contact any company. First is the value of your timeshare. Most properties depreciate over 30% the day you sign the contract (my jaw dropped when I first learned this). So if you need to sell in a timely manner make sure you set the right price. I owned at the Mystic Dunes in Orlando and I sold my timeshare through sellmytimesharenow.com. Now I have heard horror stories about selling a timeshare before I chose them so I did lots of research (I recommend you do this as well) before hand.
This is what I did for research:
first I checked their reputation at the BBB. Then I used Yahoo and google acting like a buyer and typed in BUYER terms like "buy mystic dunes" or "buy Orlando timeshare". I only contacted the companies that ranked at the top. I also compared traffic stats and searched online for complaints about the company.
I was very pleased with my overall experience.
