The Magic of Monofibre
With Summer time almost upon us it is traditionally a time for a fresh new image. Including new additions to the wardrobe our attentions focus on our bodies, make up and most importantly our hair. This is the time that most follicle disasters happen as we daringly snip off our coveted locks to expose a new genre and we convince ourselves that short hair suits us, that it is practical for the coming months and anyway our highlights always have a nasty habit of turning brassy on the beach.

Those ridiculously long manes of hair, that Wags and celebs wear which don't match the colour of their own hair, that give them bald patches because they are glued or woven in, that cost a fortune. No surely that can't be the answer!!
A little research is required. However, on the web what a minefield that is. There are literally hundreds of thousands sites all with very different messages. So many experts, even though they appear to have only been doing them 8 years. From keratin, to micro ring, weave in, clip ins, to cold fusion to feathers. No, one wasn't looking to end up like a peacock. Where do you go next? Perhaps the site entitled The Birthplace of Hair extensions can shed some light on this extension phenomenon, which is the website of Antenna.
With thirty years of experience perhaps they earn the right to be called experts and their explanation about Simon Forbes and his invention gives some of the history. The heads they have coiffed over the years certainly gives them credence in the fashion stakes but most importantly it explains and directs you to more in-depth knowledge about hair extensions and the Monofibre they use.
There is no glue applied in the application which is the reason that damage occurs in many systems. The Monofibre is lighter than human hair and therefore the extensions don't feel heavy and are a great way to have long hair for the summer. That human hair extensions have already been chemically treated so fade, and are extremely unmanageable, whereas Monofibre is hand mixed to match the colour of your own hair and never fades, even when you have been sitting in the sun, neither does it go green after being in a swimming pool, as often happens with dyed hair.
Most interestingly to learn that extensions are not always long curly tresses but sometimes short sharp hairstyles which with your own hair texture you may never been able to have and if you are someone who suffers with fine hair affliction you can use them purely for volume. Definitely no more bad hair days because Monofibre doesn't have a mind of its own!!!
