Although time on the slopes is a primary reason people head to the mountains, there is another reason. For instance, people interested in visiting Utah might look at the different choices for Park City Utah ski lodging, which ranges from simplistic to grand. With so many lodging choices, people can stay in Park City on a tight budget.
For starters, novice skiers can enjoy Park City ski vacations right along with the pros. The resort has some 18 trails that are specifically for the beginner. Of course, the intermediate skier is not left out, having a choice of 44 trails. Then, 38 trails in Park City, Utah are definitely the most challenging. Even the ski lifts are powerful and designed to accommodate some 27,000 people every hour.
Then, when you consider the variety of options for Park City Utah ski lodging, once you visit, this part of the country will likely become your new favorite place to ski or snowboard. The following are just a few of the many options associated with Park City Utah ski lodging.
Stein Eriksen, Inc – Located on Stein Way, this is a four-star resort that has a lot to offer. The lodge is beautiful and it provides tons of amenities. However, the only downfall is that it is considered a little on the high price end. Even so, the onsite restaurant, level of service, and rooms make it a good option to consider.
Sundial Lodge – Another option for Park City Utah ski lodging, this one has been given great reviews. Most people staying there are very happy with price, accommodations, amenities, and service. Located on Canyons Resort Drive, it is also located within close proximity of the slopes.
Stag Lodge – Found on Royal Street, this Park City Utah ski lodging option is on top of the Bald Eagle Mountain. For people who want to experience the finer things in Utah, enjoying luxury and pampering, this is without doubt a top consideration.
Westgate Elk Lodge – Also found on Canyons Resort Drive, this lodge offers a tremendous view of the slopes. Providing luxury condominium rentals, an onsite restaurant, and day spa, you will have the chance to experience luxury at its finest.
Larkspur at Deer Valley – For larger parties needing Park City Utah ski lodging, this has four large bedrooms, four and one-half baths, and incredible views. Sleeping between 12 and 15 people, this is ideal for family reunions or friends getting away to ski.
Alta Lodge – Located on East State Highway, this lodge can be found at the base of the Alta ski area. While not as fancy as some of the other lodging options, it is clean and beautiful.
Silver King Hotel – For people on a tighter budget but who still want to stay in fine accommodations, this hotel on Empire Avenue is a great choice. Some rooms have a little wear and tear but they are clean and the owners very pleasant, working hard to ensure your stay is excellent.
Although most people will choose from Park City ski vacations so they get more to do, better accommodations, and great prices, some will simply come to spend time on the slopes. In this case, the price would include access to all the ski lifts at the Park City resort and for the number of days chosen. Skiing and snowboarding begins at 9:00 am and continues to 4:00 pm although there is also night skiing starting on December 25 that goes from 4:00 to 7:30 pm.
