Timeshare WorldMark by Wyndham how can i sell?
My husband and I bought a vacation time share with worldmark .We were economically alright It was just me and him for the past five years. My 2 nephews and niece were deserted by their birth parents they are still in elementary school so financially it's been really tough specially since I can't work because i can't leave the children unattended so I need to get rid of that extra payments of $195 I'm still paying it off it's been only my first month I have 6000 credits and the total is around 12,000 u.s dollars.Can someone please help me.

Ok this may not be the answer you want to hear but it's the truth; You owe WAY more than it's worth. Worldmark points sell for $1.00 per point or less (in your case $6,000 or less). So even if you post it in many places you most likely wont get out of the timeshare. If you are a home owner I would see what kind of equity line you have available and see if you can pay the whole thing off then try to sell it for a more reasonable amount. If you have points built up you may want to try and rent them to salvage SOME money out of the program.
