Well you can visit Sanibel Island and all it has to offer. You could take a shelling/dolphin excursion on a boat. You could take a tour of the Edison/Ford estate which is very educational.
If you are a teenager, none of the above may be attractive, I am basing this answer on an adult or someone close to it. Sanibel is the exception the adult thing.
